Delhi Film Promotion Cell set up by DTTDC acts as a facilitation point for the film producers and production companies to get requisite permission, guide and inform the film makers on shooting locations and the facilities available in the Delhi.
User Registration
Create your account on e-Film Clearance System to start your application process.
Create Project Profile
Create project profile with details of production house, atrists, directors and script
Fill Application Form
Fill out all the mandatory details in the application form
ADD LOCATION
Select location details, time and date of shooting
Terms & Condition
Read and Accept Terms & Conditions specified by DTTDC and stakeholder departments
SUBMIT APPLICATION FORM
Submit the form on the web application
Check Approval Status
Once you received a sms from the e-Film Clearnance system,
check online status of application approved to enable Payment for your application.
Pay Fees
Permission fee need to be paid online and security deposite need to pay through Demant Draft in favour of concern authority
Download Approval Document
Once sucessful payment acknowledged by concern authority, PERMISSION PASS will be available to download, the same will be updated to applicant through SMS
