A quintessential Chandni Chowk eatery, Pt. Babu Ram Devi Dayal Parathe Wale is one of the oldest shops in the area. Currently run by the fifth generation of the family, they have been delighting customers with their delicious Parathas (fried, layered Indian flatbreads) since 1889.
One of the biggest attractions of this shop is their Rabri Paratha, a delicacy made with a thick and creamy Indian dessert that simply melts in the mouth. The other crowd favourites include the Nimbu Paratha, known for its tangy lemon flavour and the Papad Paratha, which is much loved for its crispy and crusty fillings.
