Located within the Humayun's Tomb Complex in Delhi, Isa Khan's Tomb is dedicated to Isa Khan Niazia, a prominent Pashtun noble in the court of Sher Shah Suri. The mausoleum, along with the mosque of Isa Khan and other structures form the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Humayun's Tomb Complex.
Designed in an octagonal shape with ornamented canopies, lattice screens and glazed tiles, the tomb features a distinct Lodi architectural style. An inscription states that its construction took place between 1547-1548 AD and it is known as the 'Asylum of Paradise'. Its restoration work during 2011 led to the discovery of India's oldest sunken garden, a concept later used at the Taj Mahal and Akbar's Tomb.
